RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Avalanche Design parts are performance components. To protect customers and prevent installation related damage or fitment claims, we do not accept returns on any item that has been installed, test fitted, modified, or shows signs of use.
Uninstalled Returns (Store Credit Only)
We offer store credit returns within 48 hours of delivery for uninstalled, unused items only.
Requirements
Original packaging required
No test fit
No tape
No marks or handling damage
Customer pays return shipping
A restocking fee may apply after inspection
Custom or Made to Order
Custom made, made to order, limited production, or one off items are non refundable and non returnable.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide order number, photos of the box on all sides, shipping label, packing materials, and clear photos or video of the damage.
After review, we will offer the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is non refundable.
International orders (outside the USA): customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties/taxes, and any carrier or brokerage fees for returns.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately. Orders already in processing, production, or shipped cannot be canceled.
