SHIPPING POLICY

Avalanche Design products are performance automotive components. Many items are produced, packed, and shipped with extra care due to size, material, and protection requirements.

Quality Check Before Shipping

Every order is inspected prior to shipment to confirm condition and packaging integrity before it leaves our facility.

Processing / Handling Time

  • In-stock items: typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order / limited production items: lead times vary by product and will be communicated on the product page or order confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected service. Rates may vary due to package size, dimensional weight, and required protection/packaging.

Carriers

We ship using major carriers (e.g., UPS/FedEx/USPS) depending on destination and package size.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Signature & Delivery

For high-value items, we may require signature confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package when needed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an order has not shipped, contact us immediately to correct the address.

  • If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. Any reroute/return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or operational issues.

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  • Check around the delivery location and with neighbors/building staff.

  • Contact the carrier first.

  • Then email us and we’ll assist with filing a claim when applicable.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives with visible damage:

  1. Take photos of the box, label, packing materials, and product damage immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may not be able to assist with damage claims reported after 48 hours.

International Orders (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country/carrier.
